About Me

I'm a believer that Pilates can enhance your lifestyle. Pilates is an important addition to any workout routine that you may already have and a wonderful mind-body connection workout on it's own. It can help strengthen muscles, add flexibility, prevent injuries and restore the body alignment. Attending Pilates classes myself got my interest in it's deep connection with anatomy and carefully selected individualized exercise variations, and so my Pilates training journey began in September 2018 in Dubai. I became STOTT PILATES® fully certified instructor in August 2020. I'm licensed to teach Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, group and individual classes, attending to clients at every skill level. In addition I have completed Pre-Natal and Post-Natal training courses, offered by Merrithew as part of the continuing education program, along with STOTT PILATES® Rehab, Fascial Movement, Total Barre®



Mat workout is focused on building our core strength. Incorporating small equipment allows greater challenge or provides support, depending on intention



Reformer and Cadillac springs help building strength of periphery while working on maintaining deep engagement with the core



Total Barre® is a dynamic full body workout in standing along your favorite playlist, with incorporation of small weights, balls and resistance bands
